The Happy New Year race was held at Track Side Korea Circuit. All racing in 1/10 TC and 1/12 pan car categories was divided into 5 classes. In 17.5 class, Byung Ju Chae driving T4 qualified 4th on the grid for the A-main finals. In the interesting final races he fought for the top spot with Mr. Shin to finally finish 2nd on podium.
